Sakashita Prize
 
The Sakashita Prize was established in 2004 to commemorate the academic achievements of the Late Professor Noboru Sakashita, one of the founders of ARSC. The Prize intends to honor young researchers at age forty or younger who made notable contributions to the advancement in the field of regional science.

Best Paper Award of ARSC

The ARSC Best Paper Award honors the ARSC member(s) who wrote the best paper published in either Journal of Applied Regional Science (JARS) or Review of Urban and Regional Development Studies (RURDS), by contributing to the researches in regional science as well as encouraging the research activities among ARSC members.
